Greetings South Oaken Regional Seneschal and their Royal majesties,

We hope this finds you in good spirits. We are Banamhaighstir Elena MacPherson and Sir Gilchryst MacPhearson submitting our letter of intent for the position of Landed Baron and Baroness for the Barony of Flaming Gryphon. If selected, we would consider it an honor and a privilege to be able to serve this great barony. Our experience with baronial and regional offices gives us the experience needed to help the barony to run smoothly within Baronial and Kingdom Law. We both also have had the pleasure of serving for Contessa Ann Marie Morgaine and Count Cadogan Blaydes during their rein. This is where we learned to interact with the royal kingdom members with grace and compassion.

As the Baron and Baroness, we believe you need to support, advise, and empower the members of the barony. In order to achieve the goals not only for themselves but for Barony and the Kingdom as well. While giving everyone a feeling of inclusion and a sense of belonging. We would like to strive to improve the recruitment and retention for those that have taken an interest in our society. We know this is not an easy task, which is why we must show leadership and with the support of the barony we can hope to grow and thrive. We would like to create activities that are focused on our youth and teen population so that they have a space and purpose to grow within the SCA. The youth and teens of our Barony and our Kingdom are the hallmarks of the future of our Society.
